I agree. There is a boatload of subpar Pinot out there.

Some of them aren’t bad wine/berverages – they just aren’t real Pinot Noir :)

I have been a fan of this wine for almost two decades. There is certainly some vintage variation, but what a beauty it has been over time. The fact that it is still affordable can only because they don’t pay off or advertise in trade publciations.

Anyone that is really familiar with Pinot knows that only one out of 30-40 are worth drinking, something else the trade doesn’t want us lowly consumers to know.

don’t know who the Edna Valley wine cook is these days, but it was a guy named Harry a few years ago. If you are still there Harry, keep up the good work.
